Biography

Ken Goldman has served Cthulhu Ventures, Collaborative Medicinal Development and the Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry as their IP Counsel since August 2014. Previously, Ken worked over 20 years in-house at life science and biotech corporations large and small, handling all intellectual property issues for companies such as Chiron, Cell Genesys, Dynavax, Schering-Plough, and Novartis. Before that he was an associate at Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco for three years focusing on patent prosecution in chemistry, life sciences and the biotechnology industry, and patent litigation.

Ken graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University with an AB in Chemistry and Physics, received an MS in Chemistry from the University of California (Berkeley), and a JD from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California
